Returns and refunds

RETURNS:

• NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN EXCHANGE ONLY.
• Within the US - Exchange is valid within 5 days after delivery. Invalid after 5 days.
• International - Exchange is valid within 10 days after delivery. Invalid after 10 days.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. IT SHOULD BE FREE OF MAKEUP STAINS AND SWEAT MARKS OR SMELL. 
• To complete your return, please email us at berizzyskloset@yahoo.com and we will require a receipt as proof of purchase. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
• Please note that we do not issue Prepaid return labels. You are responsible for shipping cost except if defected from our end.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• GIFT CARDS
• BODYSUIT
• SWIMSUIT
• ACCESSORIES
• SPECIAL PRICE OR DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS
• SALE ITEMS-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items or PROMOTION (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be received a email with your store credit info. Please allow 7 business days after receipt of item to refund your account.

EXCHANGES:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email berizzyskloset@yahoocom. within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• GIFTS--If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or email to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver for store credit.

SHIPPING:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Berizzy's Kloset can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

SHIPPING IN THE USA

• Item(s) is shipped within 1-3 business days that the order is placed
• Standard expected delivery is 3 to 5 business days.
• A tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) is shipped.
• Please note during Holiday season shipping will be delayed and items could take 7-10 days for delivery.
• Express Delivery during holidays also may take longer than 1-2 days.

International Standard Shipping.

• Item(s) is shipped within 1-3 business days that the order is placed
• Expected delivery is 6 to 21 business days depending on shipping option and location.
• A tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) is shipped.
• We are not responsible for customs fees that your country may charge
